What is a credit?
Credits pay for the work inbox agents do. Understanding a reply costs 0.5 credits and drafting a response costs 1 credit, so a reply that is read and answered costs 1.5 credits. Sending a calendar invite costs nothing.
Do I pay per seat, per workspace, or per agent?
No. Every plan includes unlimited team members and unlimited inbox agents. Plans differ by how many credits are included each month and how many workspaces you can run: 1 on Professional, 5 on Growth, 10 on Business and unlimited on Agency.
Is the Unified Inbox included on every plan?
Yes. Every plan includes the Unified Inbox across every sending tool and client, inbox agents, meeting booking, follow-ups and approvals. The MCP server, the API and webhooks are included from Growth up.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. You start with 50 free replies and no credit card, so you can connect a sending tool and watch real replies get handled before you pick a plan.
What does bring your own key mean?
On the Agency plan you can bring your own keys for both agents, with OpenRouter integrated. You pay your model provider directly, and replies on your own keys still use credits, at a lower rate, because Underfive still runs the inbox, follow-ups and meeting booking.
