What does the Firecrawl integration do?
When a lead replies, Underfive passes the lead's domain to Firecrawl. Firecrawl crawls the website and returns a structured summary of the company, such as product, industry, use cases, team, and tech stack. Your inbox agents read that context before writing the reply.
How do I set it up?
Get an API key from firecrawl.dev, then in Underfive open Integrations, choose Firecrawl, and paste the key. Turn enrichment on for the inbox agents you want it active for. There is no webhook and no code.
Do I need my own Firecrawl account?
Yes. You bring your own Firecrawl API key. The Underfive side of the integration is included on every plan.
Does it slow down replies?
No. Crawls complete in seconds, so replies still go out in under 5 minutes. The agent simply has more to work with.
Can I turn it on for some agents and not others?
Yes. Enrichment is a toggle on each inbox agent, so each workspace and each agent can decide independently.
